We collect anonymous data on how you interact with the app (e.g., buttons clicked, time spent, features used) to improve performance and user experience. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

Account Information:

If you register for an account, we collect your email address and name. This information is used to manage your account, provide personalized recommendations, and save your preferences.

• To provide the features of the App, including personalized travel recommendations and location-based suggestions.

• To process subscription payments via Apple's in-app purchase system.

3. Data Retention and Deletion (Right to Delete)

Retention:

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. Location data is processed temporarily and is not stored long-term.

Account Deletion:

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can initiate this process directly within the App by navigating to Settings → Delete Account. Once you confirm account deletion, all your personal data, saved recommendations, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.

4. Third-Party Services

We may share data with the following third-party providers for operational purposes:

• Google Maps Platform - We use Google Maps API for geocoding, place search, map display, and location services. Your location data may be processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy.
• Supabase - We use Supabase for user authentication and database storage. Your account information and saved data are stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Google Gemini API - We use Google's Gemini API to generate personalized travel recommendations based on your preferences. Your search queries and preferences may be processed by Google to provide recommendations.
• Apple - We use Apple's in-app purchase system for subscription payments. Payment information is processed by Apple and is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
• RevenueCat - We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes subscription data and purchase information in accordance with their privacy policy.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication methods, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access - You can request access to your personal data.
• Correction - You can update or correct your account information through the App settings.
